Artist Statement:
This was for a class project. This video is my interpretation of the song “I Could Be the One” by Avicii featuring Nicky Romero and Noonie Bao.
I created this project from the ground up. I wrote the script, scouted the locations, drew the storyboard, cast the characters, paid for the crew (with meals), directed the scenes, edited the video, and added special effects. The sunset scenes were actually shot during the sunrise and colors were changed in post-production. I had not learned motion tracking so I created some composites frame-by-frame.
